Where to start, well I have been playing WoW, and on Khaz Modan before any of these fancy expansions came around, so in other words.. too long! I recently came back from a 9month WoW break as I was busy with college work, and it is great to be a part of the wow community again.
My hobbies are my motorbike. 2 wheels are much..much better then 1
I am in my second year of college studying graphics design, and wouldn't want to be doing anythig else.
Computer, Input Devices, Communication
I use a Dell XPS 420, great gaming computer and has more then enough power to run wow
Schedule
At the moment its very good.
I'm on a 4 month break, and have work 2 to 3 times a week, although it will not interfere with raiding times. I would like to attend as many raids as I can, and am free close to every day of the week. Ventrilo interview can be done at any time I am online ingame
Experience, Value
Before my break, I was in <Evil Doers> for about a year, and before that in <Sunder from Down under>. Sadly, I'v had bad luck with picking guilds that disband
History
As mentioned above, I had a solid spot in <Evil Doers> before I left for my break and was pretty saddened to it had split on my return. I have since done my research and chosen <Soul> to hopefully take me under their wing. I have raided with numberous members of the guild in the past, and some might be familiar with my name.
Character
Paladin, Holy (main), Ret (off), MT healer, 450 Mining, 442 BSing
Shadowfoxx's Armory Profile
I chose to play as a paladin because they are a versatile class and can do one of either of the 3 main roles in WoW; tank, heal and damage. Although the druid can do this aswell, I chose paladin for its plate wearing capabilites. I'v always thought plate looks the best, and is also the toughest. I chose to spec Holy because I like to provide support for either a raid, or a party, and healers will always be in demand. And lets face it, a party isn't going anywhere without heals
My favourite talents are ofcourse the bubble (for obvious reasons). Its always a good laugh to jump into the middle of Orgrimmar and bubble hearth while hundreds of orcs try and axe you down. I chose BSing so that I could make gear for myself as I levelled.
Equipment, Itemization, Sockets, Enchants.
As gear goes, I tend to go after the stuff with good +crit strike rating. As a holy pally, I get mana back with each crit heal I lay off. So the more crits I get, the more mana I maintain. Most of my gems will be +Spell Power, then +Crit Strike, then +Intel. Intel is also nice to balance out my character's stats as it adds a little to everything. I am happy with my characters set up as it is, now I just gotta start raiding again to get some of that higher end 25 man peices
User Interface, Setup, Reaction
My UI

I am very happy with my UI set up, and have stuck with the same one since I first hit 70 in BC. as you can see, my 3 most used heals, and cleanse are macro'd. The macro is a script I wrote myself (finally my software design classes came in handy!). It allows me to heal anyone i mouseover. All i have to do is scroll over a raid member in my UI and press a heal, and its done! Alot of players are unaware that this can be done, and i personally like to keep it a little secret as it works so well. It saves time so I don't have to target the player by clicking on him first, and loading his portrait (which can also slow down FPS)
Quartz, the cast bar which you see helps me determine when i can start casting my next spell. This greatly improves my casting speed, and will allow me to get more heals off per minute - a mod which every healer MUST have
Contract
I, Shadowfoxx have read, and fully agree the raid rules, and terms and conditions of being a member of <Soul> and will obide by them at all times. I thank you for your time in considering my application, and look forward to hearing back from you soon!
cheers!
