Please tell us how to address you, and a little bit about yourself. We're not really interested in candidates that are incapable of being somewhat social. You do not have to give a real name, but we need to know what you prefer to be called. Your age and general location are both mandatory.
Computer, Input Devices, CommunicationI have 2 PC's and 4 Laptops, Optical Mouse and Keyboard, also have a mouse for my laptops, I use ventrillo, and you can also message me in game.
Tell us about your computer, your input devices (Mouse/Keyboard) if they are anything specific, and whether you will be able to communicate through Ventrilo. We are not interested in players who are not willing to use Ventrilo. You must be able to use a microphone for your interview.
ScheduleI can play anytime after 6 Sun - Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are my days off so I can be available but need to know what times we are raiding. Ventrillo interview can take place anytime after 6 preffereably around 7 because I get home at 6.
Please tell us your general schedule, and when you are not available. Also tell us what raid days you are able to attend. Only list specific days. Please list a time that is convenient for a ventrilo interview, as well.

Tell us about your previous raiding experience, and why Soul should consider you as a raiding candidate. Please convince us what you bring to the table other than just another spot in our roster.
I have a descent amount of raiding experience. I have downed all bosses in TOC 10/25M Except for Last boss. Cleared Ony 10/25, VoA 10/25, Naxxramas 10/25,even EoE 10/25 which no ones does anymore. Back during lvl 70 raids I used to have my own ventrillo and I used to run a raiding guild so I know more or less about scheduling and how important it is to have everyone ready to go when its time. Also I know the privelages of using ventrillo I never tolerated anyone going on vent and acting a fool. My guild used to consist of 30 active people at all times and a total of 150 members. so it wasnt a small guild lol I am not a serious person and I never argue with people over a game. I do listen and learn new strategies and always willing to help if I can.
History
Tell us why you are leaving your current guild, and everything pertaining to this.
The Guild I was in had stopped running raids for some reason and yesterday I saw a bunch of people leaving the guild. Today as I logg on, I find out the guild was disbanned. I was going to go back to my old guild and just pug but I wanted to try out a real raiding guild. I spoke to Alandrek who reffered me to your guild and he was very easy to get along with. Just Alandrek representing your guild I beleive you guys are good people and i'm looking foward to meeting you all.

Tell us about your professions and why you feel they are important to you. The mage has always been my favorite class because their damage is Overpowering! Arcane Spec seemed to be more devastating and Raid friendly I enjoy using arcane over the other talents period! lol I have tried fire which was nto that bad but DPS wise Arcane blows it out the water. Frost to me is more of a Survival Talent and I dont like using it although it did help me out alot leveling up. Aside from that The Tier peices for mages are Sweet looking and no one can top a mage in AOE damage lol
Equipment, Itemization, Sockets, Enchants.I started getting my equipment from 25mans and i still have a few left. i started to save up badges and currently i am working on getting full triumph badge set unless I get equal drops along the way, but for now my gear is pretty good i would say for my spec I have the right amount of hit rating and my dps is pretty sweet for the gear I have. as far as my items getting enchanted they always have the BEST! lol i'm an enchanter so I always get freebies! HAHA.Sockets I also get for free since my real lifebrother is a Jewelcrafter. so I always have my items socketed well.

I am filling this application from another computer at the moment and dont have any available screens shots on here as this is my work computer. basically i have everything set to normal since i am used to it and my addons are DBM, Atlasloot, Questhelper, Recount, and Carbonite. Both PC's have that and also 2 Laptops. lets put it this way leveling up i was always a pvp guy so when it comes to trying to avoid getting hit im pretty good at it. also when raiding,it isnt good for a mage to move around. a caster should always stay still. although i move alot i am used to attacking and running and i also dash to the sides. as far as movment i can move around awesome. my reaction is all dependant of my deadly boss mods . when its time to run i run lol

For Damage based applications, please list some parses from any of the popular online websites of any kind of dungeon. 25 player content would be preferred, but we'll look at anything possible. Heroic dungeons, Vault of Archavon, just run them and keep your combat logs, and upload them to a service like WoWMeterOnline, or WWS, and link it here. Tanking and Healing will be evaluated in a different manner. Also, explain to us in vivid detail how you elect what to use and cast. Please give us a fight in the current tier of content as an example and how you would react to specific situations.
