Experience
Please tell us about your raiding experience. Please do not include anything before Wrath of the Lich King unless you can verify it.
To be honest I haven't been raiding for very long at all. I started pre-WLK with the Tier 4 stuff and A LOT of ZA ( I LOVE that raid). Once WLK dropped my then guild was one of 3 to clear everything out. When Ulduar came about we were almost up to Mimron when the guild fell appart. I came back to Khaz about the time that happened.

Please tell us, in your own words, what you feel speaks the most about a guild's quality and why you should be considered for Soul's raiding roster.

The ability to work together continually as a team. If you can weather the typical "drama" stormz and still close out raids then you've got something! I'm a team player, I'm dedicated, and I'd like to think I'm fairly easy to get along with.

I'm not just an applicant, I'm a member! And no, I don't plan on going anywhere! I've got some friends here and I seem to get along with most everyone in the guild as best as I can tell. Why leave, I like it here!

I was in Veritas WAY before WLK came out and I left them to play with RL friends on another horde server.

Rogue, Human, UBER DPS... well it's decent at my current gear level anyway, 1st Hunger for Blood at 51/13/7 and 2nd Combat Swords at 12/51/8 ( use it more for daily questing and such)

Achievements
Explain to us your view on achievements, both raiding and extracurricular (non-raid). Tell us about some of the achievements and accomplishments you have that you feel are exemplary or worthy of mention. Do you understand that Soul is a Hard-Mode aspiring guild? What is your view on Hard Modes in general?

I really like achievments, it really expanded the game. I helped reopen up the game to long standing veterans as well as helped pave the way to new players in my opinion. And yes, I understand the "hard-mode", I personnally think too many guilds try them WAY to early and it ends up having a negative effect. However to say there isn't a place for them would just be completely ignorant!

Schedule
Please list our raid times in your own time zone, and what time you would be online and ready to go. Please list which raids you would be able to make, and which ones you might have difficulty attending

I'm currently stationed at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. So your 7PM-11PM raid time equates to 2AM-6AM my time, I did this with my previous Horde guild. It was tough but I was able to manage my time properly. However I'm getting reassigned to Hill AFB, UT and should be 100% up and ready to go sometime before Christmas.

Preparation
Please list what you would do to prepare for the raid. List consumables as well.

Have plenty of raiding mats available: 1 stack of healing pots, bandages, buff food(s), poisons. At least 4 Flasks, preferably more but that would at least get me through one night. Be parked at the entrance as I'll be keeping odd hours for the next 2-3 months. And one can of WHOOP A$$ ready!


Output
As far as your class allows it, please explain to us your typical ability rotation during a cut and dry encounter with little movement involved. Explain to us what keys you use to cast spells, or what add-ons you use for assistance. What do you use to move (Mouse/Keyboard).

Approach in Stealth and hit the tank with Tricks of the Trade on the way by to the rear of the target 1. Ambush 2. Mutilate 3. Slice & Dice 4. Eviserate/Envenom if 1 combo point comes up 4a. Shiv if combo point wasn't awarded on step 4 4b. Eviserate/Envenom 5 Mutilate to 5 combo points 6. Rupture 7. Hunger for Blood 8. Mutilate to 5 combo points 9. Envenom 10. Repeat steps 5-9 refreshing HFB only when it's getting close to running out.

Statistics
Please provide some sort of metering measure to show us your ability. This can be any measure of information including WWS, DeJaWoW, WowMeterOnline, World of Logs, Recount (Screenshots only). A measurement of some kind is absolutely mandatory.

Consistency
Do you understand that you are expected to raid even when you get tired of the content? You will not be allowed to step social and then back again simply because of waiting on new content to be released.

Absolutly, it's a team thing. Just because you may have been lucky enough to get all the drops you still have a team to work with and take care of!

Evaluation
Hypothetical Question: Why are other people beating you in performance?

Fist off... GEAR!!
Second - I don't know EVERYTHING, nor do I pretend to!
Third - I'm off center and not working my rotations properly.

1. What can you do but keep working your toon to get the drops!
2. I like to think I'm somewhat easy to approach, if you know something that might help LET ME KNOW. If I do better, we ALL do better!

1. Keep grinding away at it.
2. Learn all I can, sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.
